1. Free trial first
We encourage every customer to request a free trial before purchasing, so you can confirm the service works on your device and connection.
2. Eligibility
If the service does not work on your device and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not issued for change of mind after successful activation, for issues caused by your internet provider or device, or for accounts suspended for violating our Terms.
